Would you like to learn more about the importance of community/citizen science projects, biodiversity in our region, and how to use the iNaturalist app? Then this event is for you! Join us for a hands-on demonstration of how to use the iNaturalist app on iPhone and Android, as well as an overview of how to upload images directly to the iNaturalist website. We'll practice taking photos and sound recordings with the app and identifying observations to the correct taxonomic level. We'll also discuss how to tag photos with accurate location and timestamp information and how to use the app in offline mode.
