State passes Department of Game and Fish Reform bill

The bill changes the name of the department to Department of Wildlife, increases responsibility for wildlife conservation, and increases the department’s budget. The governor will retain the right to remove personnel from the board, however, there will now be a nominating committee to consider potential department appointments.
